All roads lead to the Italian design capital, Milan, as?Salone del Mobile at Fiera Milano once again opens its doors to international designers, architects and interiors enthusiasts from April 4 to 9.
At this year’s show, designer and creative director Kenneth Cobonpue designed the booth in collaboration with London-based Italian?furniture?designer Federica Capitani. Three-dimensional handwoven fabric cords hang from?ceiling to floor, creating well-defined yet?open sections for each featured?collection.
In one nook is the Forma by Federica Capitani, along with the collection's latest expansion, Forma easy armchair, petite in natural and the outdoor version in pale gray.
Seen here are the part-cabinet, part-study, Babar;?the floral-inspired Chita?chair, a recent collaboration with Brazilian furniture designer Sérgio Matos; and?the modern remake of the regal Peacock chair. Lighting up the space are the new Foglia Calla and Spina hanging lamps.
Russell, a new outdoor?collection that is set to add an element of adventure to?the fair with its exploration of material and form, is seen here with the Ringo low tables and Forma easy armchair.
Copper adorns the space, with the well-loved Limbo Trapeze suspended in mid-air over the Vivo dining table and armchairs.
